Isolation Graphics
Isolation Graphics is a joint graphics journal run by trusttheonions and guitarsrawesome. We invite you to browse the journal and take what you like, but credit is always a must. You don't need to credit the maker themselves (however doing so will earn you an extra large cookie) - just crediting isolation_art will be fine.

If you're wondering about anything concerning requests, tutorials and such, you can read about each of the owners below.
GuitarsRAwesome TrustTheOnions
What's your name?
Amanda. You're not allowed to call me Mandy. Ever. I mean it.

How long have you been making digital art and such?
I've been messing around with graphics programs for a good four years now. I go in and out of phases where I do a lot of graphic manipulation, but then I just ignore it for a few months.

What program(s) do you use?
I've been going back and forth between Photoshop CS and CS2 for various reasons. I use whichever version of ImageReady that comes with it for animation.

Is there anything you specialise in?
Icons, banners, and wallpapers. The usual, really. I don't have time to do a moodtheme, or anything extensive like that. But, anything else? I'll probably be found doing it at some time or another.

Do you take requests?
Umm... It honestly depends on my schedule. I have a tight school schedule at the moment, it being my senior year and all. I'm lucky to be posting stuff even when I do have time. But, I won't kill you if you ask. I'll just warn you that it'll take time. But, good things come to those who wait, right?

Are you open to making a tutorial for a specific piece of art if someone shows interest?
Again, it will really just depend on my schedule. I'm trying to start saving my current .psd's. If it's something old, I might not have it. If I remember what I did, I'll explain with a piece of art that is similar. However, tutorials take a good bit of time [due to explaining steps, etc.] and I always feel like people just copy tutorials instead of using them for inspiration...

Can I e-mail you?
If you have anything important to tell me, yes you may. lmntsrocks14[at]aim[dot]com. However, please don't just be sending me chain mail, spam, etc. If you take the time to e-mail me, I expect it to be something that's actually important and not just a waste of my time.
What's your name?
You can call me Johnny as of 26/02/09. For now, you can just call me Johnny.

How long have you been making digital art and such?
Well if you want the whole history I've been messing around on MS Paint for longer than I can remember... but I'm not sure that counts. I've been working with proper programs since I was eleven so... five years, give or take.

What program(s) do you use?
On my home computer I have Jasc Paint Shop Pro and for animations I use Animation Shop. However at school I use Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign - some of that work I do during free periods will probaby end up here.

Is there anything you specialise in?
Icons and Banners are my favorite. I will occasionally post a wallpaper, but I find there's just too much space to fill. Resources like brushes, gradients and textures will find their way on here too.

Do you take requests?
Certainly. I do have the right to turn a request down for any reason, but most of the time I'll be more than happy to fill your request. Just post your request as a comment to this post.

Are you open to making a tutorial for a specific piece of art if someone shows interest?
Sure, if there's enough interest and I can remember how I made it. Although homework and such might sometimes prevent me from getting it done very quickly.

Can I e-mail you?
Anything personal, art-related, community-related or friendly chat is welcome. Send your e-mails to home-on-the-highway67 [at] hotmail [dot] com. I check e-mails daily.
